When and how iPhone Kupi refunds credits and payments
Failed generations
If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Results you are not happy with
If a generated image clearly does not look like the person in your photo, email 757786288@qq.com within 14 days with your account email and we will return the credits for that image.
Credit packs
If you bought a credit pack and have not used any of its credits, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing 757786288@qq.com. Once you have used credits from a pack, the pack is not refundable, except where the service did not work as described.
Credits are digital content supplied immediately. By starting a generation you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you lose the right to cancel for the credits used. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Free credits from sign-up cannot be exchanged for money.
