Who we are

iPhone Kupi (https://iphonekupi.com) is operated by BRICKAI LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). You can reach us at 757786288@qq.com.

By creating an account or using iPhone Kupi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the service does

You upload a photo and the service uses artificial intelligence to create a new image in the style described on the site. Results are generated fresh every time and can vary. We aim to keep the person's likeness but cannot guarantee any particular result.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

Photos you upload

You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it. You must not upload photos of children, photos of other people without their permission, photos of public figures, or anything unlawful, sexual, hateful or meant to deceive, harass or impersonate someone.

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. We do not use your photos to train AI models and do not show them publicly.

Images you create

Subject to these terms, you may use the images you create for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them, including respecting the rights of anyone shown in them. AI-generated images must not be presented as genuine photographs in a way that misleads others.

Credits and payment

Generating an image uses credits. New accounts receive free credits once. Further credits are sold in one-off packs at the prices shown on the pricing page, including any applicable taxes; there is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not try to misuse the service: no automated access, reselling, attempts to get around limits or credit charges, interfering with the service, or using it to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may refuse or remove content that does.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users where reasonable.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
